"It was here where the first convicts from England first set up. They we're tasked with building the infrastructure. As writing by Comissioner Big in 1823 "The Rocks was a place filled with convicts, sailors, and other class working people. The narrow streets we're lined with rowdy taverns, gambling and crime." Today the small alleyways hold rich colonial history. Walk along cobbled streets and little laneways and discovery markets, museums, galleries, old pubs, coffee shops. Get lost in the Rocks Market every saturday and sunday artisans display their products from 10am to 5pm. Take a walk and enjoy activations to entertain you. "
