"If you're a Lord of the Rings fan, this is a must. Take a guided tour through some of the hobbits' homes and learn more about how they were built and how the movies were filmed. It's really beautiful whether you're a fan or not. Enjoy a themed beverage at the end (included) and there's plenty of fun LOTR gear available for purchase.
