From here it is quite a walk to Arthur's Seat. Once down at the bottom of the mountain it is a 45 minute climb to the top. Even though it is a though walk the view will be worth it.

🏙️ On the way back from the mountain to the Old Town you pass the Scottish Parliment Building and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. With a bit of luck you will see the chance of the guards. You are able to visit the Parliament building and if you like can sit in on some debates.

🌃 A restaurant in the Old Town we really enjoyed was Wings. You get to order either 7 wings, chicken nuggets or potato tots with a dip. The thing is they have over 60 different dips... Next to this is the restaurant cool decorated and kind of under the ground.
