Paris in January
Day One
We started in Toronto Pearson airport, and as usual they lost my luggage:)
Anyways we got on our connecting flight to Montreal. The a red eye flight Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. However it took a while for them to file my lost luggage. (This is why AirTags are so important!)
Our hotel is near the infamous Champs-Élysées. We were so jet lag so we napped untill 7 and went to see the Acr De Triomphe
Day Two
In case you forgot, I lost my luggage. Thank god I have an AirTag that tells me my luggage arrived Paris. So I woke up, went to Zara and buy some cloths and I had NONE… stroll around Champs-Élysées and realised oh it’s Paris Fashion Week😂
Yayoi Kusama’s monumental installation.
Anyways I got so frustrated after tackling with the luggage situation for 4 hours then got back on track🫶🏻
Carette Cafe
We heard about the infamous hot chocolate and were in the area, so we thought we would check it out. The hot chocolate is extremely rich but a bit overpriced (12 euros). The location was lovely as it’s only a block away from the Effiel tower!
Funny enough we got the the king cake: they hide a small trinket or figurine inside, like a bean, a coin, a nut, or a tiny baby figurine. If you're lucky enough to find the trinket in your slice of cake, you get to be the "king" or "queen" for a day and are believed to have good luck.
And we got it😂
Right across Carette is the Effiel tower! we went there at 8:00 to see it sparkle✨
La Tour Eiffel✨
We took wayyyyyyy to many photos then head back to our hotel.
Day Three
Unfortunately we’re in the mist of STRIKE 🪧
So we waited 30min for a train but it’s already cause our plan today is DISNEY!!!!!
✨Check out my Disneyland Paris itinerary : (insert link later hahah)✨
Day Four babyyyy
So it’s day 4 where people starts to get tired of travelling🤣 I decided to explore Val d'Europe while my friends sleep in🫶🏻
I grabbed breakfast at Moulin de Chessy
And of course I bought stuff from the outlet mall
Thennn we’re on our way back to Paris zone one
We got off at Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre and went to another Instagram worthy cafe
✨Angelina✨
( I’m not a photogenic person so bare with me lol)
This place has a long history and hence it's popularity. Very tasty pastries but you pay their price. I don't think their famous chocolate is as unique as it is sold though. The service was very slow. It’s still worth the hype I guess🫠
Musée du Louvre 🏛️
It was close to Angelina so we walked there. We didn’t get tickets to get in the museum, but we did take photos!
⚠️I’ve spotted a lot of clear cups scam in this area tho:/
📸Rue Crémieux
Another instagrammable spot!
Honestly I forgot how we got there lol.
📚Halle Saint-Pierre
🍝✨ Pink Mamma
We didn’t reserve a table a head of time but we only waited for 20ish min.
I loved it!!! Every floor gives out different vibe. The food was delicious, we ordered truffle pasta and pizza and it was amazing. Cocktails cool and staircase are instragram worthy haha
✨there’s a speakeasy downstairs✨
Okie and that’s basically it
I didn’t plan anything tbh
I plotted everything on google map and if it’s near I just went ….. so here’s the link if you wanna try my “ itinerary” lol
