If it has rained recently or there is snow still on the mountain you will need four-wheel drive! Preferably an off-road kind of vehicle. The road was muddy with deep tire tracks in it when we went. Nearly got stuck even with four-wheel drive.
The trail is kinda random but there are a few parking spaces there. It's a relatively easy hike and you end at the unique rock formations that are multicolored.

Warner Valley Dinosaur Track Site

There is a round parking area at the start of the trail, it's all sand. Take the trail and after a few short minutes of walking you'll reach the Tracks and an information sign. You can walk further if you want. The trail keeps going off into the desert but there are no more Dino tracks besides the main ones near the sign.
