ARRIVING TO LETNA PARK....
Hanau pavilion
@santiagofindlaywilson
Once inside Letna Park, we will find this incredible restaurant, where we can sit and have a drink or eat something, while we enjoy the view of the city.
It was built on the occasion of the Czech Jubilee Exhibition of 1891 in the Holesovice district of Prague to represent the Komarov foundry. It was the first cast iron building in Prague, built with cast iron, concrete and glass. The owner of the forge, Prince Vilem Hanavsky, after whom the pavilion is named, donated it to the city. When the exhibition ended, the pavilion was completely dismantled and moved to Letenske sady (Letná Gardens).
