There are multiple factors involved when it comes to what makes a cheap stay good or not so good: cleanliness, access to transportation, free drinks or food, amenities, etc. All the accommodations on the list are approved by me, and I would definitely book another stay there.

Funny story about my stay here: While I was living in Japan during COVID-19, I got sick and had to go into the Tokyo City Hotel Relief Program. This became my quarantine location for 7 days. I do recommend APA Hotels. The rooms are small, but they follow very consistent standards.
