Pico Pizza Nordvest
@sashascherg
Tasty informal Neapolitan pizzas. The pizzas are mini sized, so you order three pizzas for the equivalent of one regular sized pizza. Perfect for those indecisive people! They have homemade crust dips, desserts and nice selection of natural wines.

Sunday - Islands Brygge and Amager

GoBoat Boat Rental - Islands Brygge
@sashascherg
This is a very enjoyable way to see the city straight from the canals! The boats are easy to navigate and can hold up to 8 people. There's a table in the middle, which makes it convenient to bring snacks and drinks. 1 or 2 hours are more than enough to take you to the most important sights. Check availability and book beforehand.

GreenKayak
@sashascherg
GreenKayak is a non-profit who offers kayaks for free (yes, for free). All you have to do is picking up plastics and other rubbish from the water. This is a fun way to sail through the canals, while helping to keep the water clean. Check availability and book beforehand.

Reffen - Copenhagen Street Food
@sashascherg
This is the best place to be during summer! Reffen is this outdoor foodmarket by the waterfront, where you can enjoy a drink in a beach chair, or eat your way through the many food stalls. Sometimes there will be a DJ playing too!

Church of Our Saviour
@sashascherg
Built in the Baroque style in the 17th century, Our Savior's Church intricate design showcases Danish architectural prowess and history. Personally, I think this is the best view of Copenhagen. You can walk to the top of the spiral spire offering panoramic views. You have to be okay with hights as the space is very narrow and the railing very short.

POPL Burger
@sashascherg
So, after a few nights out it's nice to dig into some real comfort food. This burger joint is founded by former Noma staff, so you can be sure the quality is up to standards.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sasha Scherg
Travel to eat and see awe worthy places 🏔️🍝 I'm a hotel- and restaurant photographer located in Copenhagen, Denmark. I'm a digital nomad some of the year, and my journey with traveling far and for long, started in Guatemala in 2011. I've been your typical dirty backpacker, and I've stayed in incredible suites at 5-star hotels. In reality, I like the middle of the two: eating delicious and affordable foods, going into nature and getting to know a culture. I simply wanna enjoy life. My top 5 favourite travel moments are: 🔫 Playing paintball in ruins of Medellin, Colombia. 🍜 Having the meal of my life in a small izakaya bar in Kyoto, Japan. 🌥️ Skydiving in Costa Rica. 🎊Pool party crawl in Nicaragua. 🥃 Drinking rom and smoking cigars in Havana, Cuba. Besides using the experience from all of my trips, I also use my experience from working in a travel agency and in the hotel- and restaurant industry when I decide where to go and what to do there. I hope you want to bring me on your next adventure!
