La Jacobine
@lesfrenchies
Jacobine has been one of our top favorites for decades. There isn't anything here we don't like. From their onion soup or escargot to the coq au vin, roasted lamb or hot goat cheese salad, these guys pay attention to the details with eveything they make. Don't forget to try the best hot chocolate in Paris along with a pistachio raspberry tarte or a carambar (caramel) cheesecake. These guys never disappoint.

Maison Thevenin

Great boulangerie on rue de Buci. Colleen tried their "Tuile Nature" which is a very simple cookie with sliced almonds in the shape of a roof tile. They have great bakeries and patisseries if you're in the neighborhood.

Maison Sauvage Saint-Germain-des-Prés
@lesfrenchies
Great stop in St Germain if you want to be in the center of it all. Located on one of our favorite streets in St Germain (rue de Buci), get a table on the terrace and do some people-watching while trying their avocado toast. This is a vegan & vegetarian-friendly place.

Bistrot du Sommelier Paris Philippe Faure-Brac

At the Bistro du Sommelier is the place to go for a wine tasting menu. The restaurant is owned and operated by World Champion Sommelier Philippe Faure-Brac. Everyone working in the restaurant, from the hostess to the servers and chefs, are also sommeliers. You will be surrounded by people who are knowledgable and committed to enjoying all of the subtle nuaces of wine culture (in an unpretencious way).

Chez Savy
@lesfrenchies
Chez Savy is a Paris locals favorite, serving old school traditional French food. Their Oeuf Mayonaise is literally award winning. Their bone marrow appetizer will knock your socks off and their gigot de agneau (roasted baby lamb) is a top favorite. Ask to have Sebastian as your waiter. He's a Frenchman who grew up in the US and knows the best of both worlds.

Chocolat Illèné
@lesfrenchies
Chocolat Illene is a must try spot in Montmartre. It's #3 on our 2022 Best Macarons in Paris list. The chocolates here are the most beautiful we've ever seen with carved wild horses, frog princes and other animals. As delicious as they look, you just need to try them.
