I strongly believe that the best way to get in touch with the culture and traditions of a country is to visit different cities that identify it. As far as Spain is concerned, this concept is even stronger because Catalonia and Andalusia are similar in some ways but different in others and crossing different cities to get to know the different facets is the best thing and the one I recommend. This trip turned out to be wonderful and I hope it will be helpful to those who want to plan a tour similar to the one I did. Spain is a land that transmits positivity. The weather is almost always good and sunny, the people very sociable and helpful, the food very good and the culture very strong and identifying.

I've been to London several times and have had the opportunity to visit different areas of one of the most diverse cities in the world. London is like a clock where time passes faster, people have no time, work fills a large part of their lives and becomes a central point for their professional development. There is certainly no time for an "Italian" lunch but this has allowed us to develop very interesting adaptation dynamics. Every place in London hides great beauty and interesting stories. The weather? Yes, grey clouds are very common but there is much more sun than you imagine. However, the most beautiful feeling you will have in London is the feeling you feel while walking through its streets, with all those people coming from all over the world, all those noises, smells. London is a school of adaptation.

Gateway to Africa, Morocco welcomes you with its profound diversity, between legendary mountain ranges, labyrinthine medinas and boundless deserts. If I were asked what I remember of my trip to Morocco I wouldn’t know how to answer in words but I will try to give here a description of the places I visited, the people, the wild nature that hosts mountains, hills, deserts, the sounds and noises, the aromas, spices and colors of this wonderful country.

Goethe said: "Rome is the capital of the world! The entire history of the world is connected to this place, and I feel like I was born a second time, that I was truly resurrected, the day I set foot in Rome. Its beauties have lifted me little by little to their height." Anyone who has set foot in Rome for the first time has had the feeling of no longer being the same and it is not difficult to understand why it has inspired so many directors to create hundreds of films that tell the story of this city. As a student of Cultural Heritage and Archaeology, I was astonished when I saw with my own eyes those monuments that are symbols of the city and all that history that supports the foundations of Rome. I recommend everyone to visit Rome more than once to discover more and more of a city that leaves you breathless.

Everyone knows how good the food is in Italy. Each region has its own typical dishes, all different and with a great history behind them. But now I'm talking about Puglia. Commonly referred to as the "heel" of Italy, the region of Puglia is probably the most stunning landscape in the country. Just think: hundreds of kilometers of Mediterranean coastline, groves upon groves of ancient olive trees, and whitewashed towns carved into the hills. It's also home to some of the most incredible seafood, pasta, and wine in the world, and the only thing better than the food of the region is the people who prepare it. Food in Puglia is not just "the dish" but a moment of conviviality, relaxation, happiness. Each dish has very specific origins that sometimes go back far. Come with me on this culinary journey where I will tell you about the food culture of my country!

Some time ago I happened to read a book about the parks of Salento, the land where I was born and raised and I discovered something that I have always known and that I would like all visitors who come here to know. There is a Salento known throughout the world, that of the fabulous beaches and the blue sea, frequented by tourists especially in the summer. And there is a hidden Salento, to be visited all year round: enchanting paths among numerous protected areas, nature and history, archaeological sites, art masterpieces, artisan workshops and ancient villages, food and wine tastings, rural worlds; places to discover on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, following ancient sheep tracks or sailing along the coast. A great variety of landscapes, both marine and terrestrial, with multicolored seabeds, spectacular caves, golden sand dunes, wetlands that become true paradises for birds. And again; junipers, Mediterranean scrub, garrigue and wild orchids, Aleppo pines, holm oaks, Vallonea oaks and centuries-old olive trees in a countryside dotted with dry stone walls, pajare and fortified farmhouses.
