Tour Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla 💃🏼

I strongly believe that the best way to get in touch with the culture and traditions of a country is to visit different cities that identify it. As far as Spain is concerned, this concept is even stronger because Catalonia and Andalusia are similar in some ways but different in others and crossing different cities to get to know the different facets is the best thing and the one I recommend. This trip turned out to be wonderful and I hope it will be helpful to those who want to plan a tour similar to the one I did. Spain is a land that transmits positivity. The weather is almost always good and sunny, the people very sociable and helpful, the food very good and the culture very strong and identifying.

Best time to visit Spain

I went to Spain in October and the weather was quite mild with some light rain at some times of the day. So in my opinion September is perfect because it is not too hot to allow you to walk around too much and it is not cold either.

That said, in this tour we moved from Brindisi airport to Madrid airport and from there our journey began. From Madrid station we took the train to Barcelona, from Barcelona the train to Valencia and always by train we arrived in Seville. I recommend that you book the trains in advance, making them coincide with the check-out time of your accommodations for greater convenience. As for moving around the city, we almost always preferred to walk to better explore even the less touristy places and neighborhoods, but for long distances there is the metro and bus and also Uber with fairly affordable prices.

Italy 📍 "Vast is the traveler's dwelling." I've always loved traveling, discovering and visiting new places. I love getting in touch with new things and I enjoy sharing them with others. Diversity is a wealth, not a limit. I've visited wonderful places where uncontaminated nature takes your breath away like in Norway, Sweden or deserted places with golden sand like Morocco. Asian cultures, coral reefs that never cease to amaze. As a graduate in Cultural Heritage and Archaeology I have an immense love for art and the history of man and I also love the world of plants and my thesis in Archaeobotany confirms this. Man and the environment are connected entities and when man comes into contact with different environments his being changes forever. I hope I can also transmit the love for my land, Salento (Puglia, Italy) which is a land rich in traditions, good food, wonderful beaches and wild nature.
