I've been traveling all over the U.S. and Europe for nine years and crave authentic experiences at local hot spots (and sometimes the touristy faves). Sarah Pollock
Lives in Madrid, Spain
Sarah Pollock is a twenty-something-year-old traveler, creative, and spiritualist. She graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems (although she did not enjoy it) and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Florida. Since embarking on her first trip abroad to Australia and New Zealand at 15 years old, she has since visited 25 countries and counting- most of them solo. She is also an avid foodie, reader, concert-goer, sitter at coffee shops, introspective thinker, and champion of small businesses. She prides herself on her romantic and nostalgic approach to seeing the world, which is reflected in the hidden gem-filled and slightly sentimental tone of her writing and recommendations. She recently spent this past school year splitting time between Tel Aviv and Be’er Sheva, Israel; teaching English to underrepresented and underprivileged children in both Hebrew and Arabic-speaking schools. She is currently continuing this work in Madrid. For more personal thoughts and musings and present updates on where she is in the world and how she’s feeling about it, consider subscribing to her bi-weekly travel newsletter, Postcards. Other subject matters, though all undoubtedly influenced by her experience living abroad, are explored through her primary publication, Older Sister (both linked in bio).

Plan For Me Dani
New Pro
Lives in Philadelphia, PA, USA
My name is Danielle and I have been planning trips for the past 10 years. One thing special and unique about my guides is that I am not producing guides that I didn't currently use myself. The places in my guides are places I have been, the itineraries are itineraries that I have personally followed. Everything is real and I have vetted myself. My travel planning story started with a honeymoon to Italy and since then it has grown each and every year. I love all kinds of travel! It's hard to fine a niche because I fit into so many categories. I love nature, hiking, and being outdoors. I love beaches and sunsets and sipping wine and cocktails in pretty places. I love learning about people and cultures and history. I love street art and busy cities and I also love small towns and quieter places. I will sleep in a hostel and I enjoy a beautiful hotel. I love South and Central America and I am obsessed with Europe. I've been to Asia twice and hope to get back in the next few years. I love to eat and one thing you'll always get from me are true and great reviews of places that I've personally eaten! I have just returned from Albania and I am working on guides from that trip! My full time job is as a School Leader of Social and Emotional Learning in Philadelphia. All my travel is done on school breaks and in the summer. I have still managed to visit over 36 countries and countless cities along the way. Being a teacher my whole life is about planning and I do believe I am exceptional at it. I work VERY hard to plan incredible trips and now you can hopefully benefit from that as well!

Analise
Lives in Kingston, NY, USA
Hello, my name is Analise and I live between Johannesburg and New York. I've lived in 5 different cities across New York over the last ten years and spend increasingly more time in Africa. I curate travel experiences for the griot in each of us... a griot (ˈɡrēō) is a member of a class of traveling poets, musicians, and storytellers who maintain a tradition of oral history in parts of West Africa. I've inherited a legacy of migration and storytelling that informs the life I'm creating for myself. We all come from somewhere and I believe travel can facilitate important memory and reconciliation. I hold an intention to deepen collective consciousness by way of international relationship building and the arts. Through sharing our stories, we uncover our mutuality and our difference which can expand our horizons allowing us to become more compassionate, engaged, global citizens. Over the last 11 years, I've lived and traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe. I now split my time between New York and South Africa with frequent trips to London where I have family and friends. I'm also the founder of Common Healing, a boutique travel company for world-builders. My travel style is unique in that, I seek to connect with the pulse of a place. This means deep listening and intuitive engagement with the people and the land to really immerse in the culture. I'm not as concerned about the tourist hot spots as I am letting locals show me what they love about their home. I find this leads to meaningful relationships that stand the test of borders and inspiration we can bring into our healing work, our creative practices, and expression. I guide travelers to show up curious about the wisdom that's available wherever they go and to remember that travel is an opportunity to move resources and share the realest parts of ourselves.
