Ali Haymes
Lives in Chicago, IL, USA
Hi there! My name is Ali and I'm your friendly digital nomad, free-spirit, travel obsessed cat lady. I've been traveling my whole life and have now visited 47+ countries (and counting!) I love inspiring others to get out and see the world, and create a life of freedom for themselves 💖 My travel style is slow, immersive, and authentic. I love getting to really know a place by staying there for a few weeks and working remotely as I go (which allows me to also create the best guides for you!). I now mostly travel with my partner but previously I was a solo travel gal, so I provide insight on both - whether you're on your own adventure or traveling with a buddy. I also adore yoga, wellness, and self growth so I always seek out these experiences and communities when I'm abroad 🧘‍♀️ I hope that through my content you're able to discover the BEST places to live, work, and travel from the perspective of a digital nomad. I'm here to inspire you to take the leap and explore places you've never been before, with the confidence that you have the best recs at your fingertips. You can expect favorite cafes, the best restaurants (including lots of veggie places!), the can't miss hot spots and adventures, beautiful hotels that don't break the bank, and so much more. As a previous life coach, I also love helping people 1:1 to curate and plan their dream trips. Don't hesitate to reach out and let's chat about creating an unforgettable adventure for you!

Bethany
New Pro
Lives in Denver, CO, USA
Hi! I'm Bethany, an explorer with a passport stamped in 52 countries. Having called three different nations home, I've cultivated a deep appreciation for the cultures our world offers. By day, I navigate a full-time job outside the travel sphere, which fuels my passion for crafting concise yet insightful guides to the remarkable places I've been lucky enough to travel to. Embarking on a journey with me means embracing a blend of adventure, relaxation, and immersion in local customs. As a solo female traveler, I've ventured through 21 countries, and I'm here to share insights on safety and the empowering experience of navigating the globe alone. A glimpse into my roots reveals an American spirit born in Seoul, nurtured in Germany during my childhood, and blossomed in the United States. A decade in the vibrant DC area enriched my life with a wealth of experiences that I'm eager to recommend. Now, I find myself based in Denver, Colorado, brimming with tips for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking and camping in the summer. Whether it's strolling through historic cityscapes or savoring the diverse flavors of the world, I'm an enthusiast for walking tours and foodie adventures. Balancing a demanding full-time job with an insatiable wanderlust, I make it a goal to take at least three international trips a year, and monthly domestic trips. Join me on this adventure, and let's explore the world together—one destination at a time!

Kayla Fedeson
Lives in New York, NY, USA
Hey there, I'm Kayla! I have lived in New York City for over 10 years and have been traveling the world for more than 15. Through solo travels, those with friends, and group tours, I know firsthand what places you need to see on a trip, as well as those that you should see and may have never heard of. I am a history nerd, nature junkie, and huge sports fan, so my ideal trip combines all three of these things. I love ancient sites and exploring as many around the world as I can, am trying to go to all 400+ United States National Park Sites and all 30 MLB stadiums, and travel every four years for the Women's World Cup. If you are looking for guidance on where to take a short break, longer break, or adventure, I am your go-to. I can make recommendations on where you should look, tell you all of the things you can do in your destination, as well as the things you cannot miss. As I develop this page further, I want to be a resource full of fun facts and personalized recommendations on what you should do and where you should go. I have traveled to 34 US states, plus DC and Puerto Rico, and 38 countries. I've been giving friends my extensive travel guides for free for years, so now it's my turn to share with you. Living off a credit card and minimum wage for the first year in NYC with a ton of curiosity, I had to find ways to do everything on the cheap. I went to pay-what-you-wish nights at museums, found free things to do, and still very rarely do I pay full price for a Broadway show (and if I do, I know how to save at least $10). I can tell you about a lot of fun expensive things, but if you are looking to travel on more of a budget (it's a cruel world out there), I can help with that too. Travel is my passion, but I love rock climbing, softball, running, & reading too.

Shanna Schultz
Lives in Montgomery, MN, USA
Hey! I am Shanna. I am a family travel expert who has been to over 45 countries, and I can't wait to help you plan an enriching, life changing trip with your kids! It is easy to plan a pretty trip with lots of fun stops and neat things to see (heck, AI can even do this for us now). Why should you work with me? The difference is that I have been an ACTUAL travel agent in real life. It is really easy put together all sorts of fun things on an itinerary on paper, but being responsible for creating dozens upon dozens of trips for families that actually happened and worked gives me a whole different level of expertise that most of the folks on this site don't have. It means that I am only going to put reputable suppliers into your itinerary that I KNOW will give you the experience that you are looking for. It means that I am going to look at your itinerary from a bird's eye perspective, looking for friction points or possible problems. It means that I feel a higher level of RESPONSIBILITY for making sure your trip goes as planned. Travel experience is irreplaceable, but it is also SUBJECTIVE. Having been a travel agent means that I combine my extensive travel knowledge WITH hundreds of hours of actual education about destinations. I have spent over 25 years of my life in the travel industry, including time in the hospitality/hotel world, the airline world and also as a travel agent. Having visited over 45 countries, I truly believe that travel changes lives. It has given our kids a deeper perspective on the world. Travel has made them flexible and adaptable. It has opened their hearts to other cultures and shown them that our actions truly have global consequences. THIS is my why. As a family, we seek out immersive, authentic travel experiences that enrich our lives, deepen our understanding and help us create lifelong family memories. Life is so busy. I love helping families make uninterrupted time to be together creating those memories.
