I'm Sara, a roaming ‘gastronome’ (it’s true, I hold a Master’s Degree in Gastronomy). I am on a consent quest for unique inspiring food and beverages while celebrating the producers that make them, learning as much as possible about the cultures and regions I visit. Have a soft spot for well-crafted… well, anything --.Hailing from Australia, but currently savouring life in Northern Italy (a particularly good launch pad, in my opinion), I've mastered the art of blending philosophy with a fork. Hi! My name is Aleks and I have been full-time travelling for the last 7 years. During that time I visited 4 continents and 37 countries and am still discovering more. My travels started during my university years, which often meant a tight budget. Instead of giving up travel I just decided to become resourceful and find the perfect itineraries that still fit my tight budget and let me explore the world. I had no job, and no plan, but just enough ambition to try something new that got me out of my comfort zone. It wasn't long after arriving in Los Angeles that I discovered my passion for traveling, adventure, and being outdoors. I've been exploring non-stop ever since and have been lucky enough to experience 7 countries, 25 states, and 15 National Parks. I'm an expert in west coast travel, having explored much of California, Arizona, and Utah.
