Brisbane, the vibrant capital of Queensland, grows ever more captivating by the day. Once dismissed as merely a gateway to the famed Gold and Sunshine Coasts, Brisbane has emerged as a formidable destination on its own right, basking in the glow of anticipation less than a decade away from hosting the prestigious 2032 Summer Olympics.
Nestled in a subtropical paradise where alfresco pursuits are available year-round, Brisbane stands as a beacon of sophistication, offering an urban retreat unlike any other. This itinerary guides you through some of the best the city has to offer - while providing a range of options when it comes to making decisions about where to stay, play, eat, explore and relax.

Milford Sound, known as the unofficial 8th Wonder of the World, is one of my favourite places in New Zealand and one of the countries most stunning natural attractions.
Located in the heart of Fiordland National Park, Milford Sound is home to rugged landscapes, mountain peaks, fiords, waterfalls, and some of the best hiking tracks in the world.
I’m a big, max-out-your-24-hours kind of traveler, so it’s not often I leave a place feeling as though my time there is unfinished. But I remember driving away from Fiordland, unable to take my eyes away from the tops of her mountains, feeling lucky to live in New Zealand and knowing I’d be back for more. However, most people only get the chance to visit Milford Sound once in their lifetime. So, I want to help you make the most of it!
I am a lover of hiking and this guide reflects it! You'll find two walks included that take 3 hours each. If you don't enjoy the outdoors, that's okay too! Feel free to omit them and choose another activity from my list at the end.
This itinerary is designed to be done in a campervan and does include driving. I HIGHLY recommend travelling New Zealand by campervan to stay in some of the most incredible places. BUT I'll also give you hotel recommendations too, just in case you're not into van-life.
In this guide, you'll find:
• An overview of Milford Sound
• Typical costs and how much I spent on my trip
• The best road trip stops on your drive from Queenstown
• Top rated accomodation and my favourite campsites
• Custom interactive maps full of all the important locations like campsites, supermarkets, airports and viewpoints on top of your full itinerary
• Local tips and inspiration, must-visit spots, hiking tracks, bucket list activities and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
• Much, much more.
This guide is your one-stop shop for everything you need to plan the ultimate New Zealand adventure!
You can follow this guide exactly for an amazing itinerary or combine it with your own research to create the trip of your dreams.

Reading is one of my favorite pastime activities and there is just something so special about doing it in a coffee shop. Fortunately, there is a plethora of coffee shops in NYC! Unfortunately, finding one with the right atmosphere for reading can be daunting. I’m here to help! This guide, which includes location specifics as well as my own experiences, is organized by neighborhood beginning in South Brooklyn (where I live) and going north to the Upper East Side (where I work). Happy reading!

This guide actually includes places in both downtown Flushing and Murray Hill. Flushing is more known for its Chinese & Taiwanese influence, while Murray Hill is more known for its Korean influence.
People love going to K-Town in Manhattan, but many Korean Americans that I know advise to visit Flushing’s K-Town! It's less saturated, authentic, and is a Korean community filled with delicious food options, Korean churches, karaoke spots, and Korean grocery stores.
This map includes my favorite places to grab a bite in Flushing & Murray Hill, including spots for Taiwanese classics, Asian food marts, dumplings, Indian food, desserts, Korean specialities, & more!
HEADS UP! This map is INCLUDED in my Flushing Food Crawl guide as a bonus, so if you're interested in these spots + the food crawl, grab that one from my shop instead!

Rotorua will welcome you with the smell of rotten eggs for which its nickname is also "Rottenrua". The sulphur smell is omnipresent here so you shouldn't mind that too much. The city and its surroundings have much to offer and you'll find yourself in a geothermal wonderland exploring otherworldly places and learn more about Maori culture.
I assembled a 3 day itinerary for you so that you can make the most of your visit to Rotorua. Each day includes hotel recommendations, places to eat, activities and places to relax.

When visiting (or living in) this concrete jungle, you may find yourself in need of a little time in the great outdoors. And while we can't really give you much of the great outdoors in NYC, there are plenty of activities to get into on a warm summer day. Better yet, most of these activities are totally free. Check out the map in the upper right corner to find all of my favorite outdoor activities in NYC.
