Cortina d'Ampezzo is a wonderful mountain town in the Trento region, located at an elevation of aproximately 1200m. It is surrounded by the Dolomites mountain with views of them from all over the town. Cortina is a perfect base for exploring the Dolomites. You can do this by car or by bus, as the public transport is well organized to ensure your comfort. I will add in this guide the needed details to explore the Dolomites by bus and the easy-moderate hikes I did and consider that are perfect for discovering the mountains and getting a glimpse of the most beautiful views. I have visited Italy pretty extensively now. I have been to Tuscany, Puglia, the Dolomites, Mont Blanc, Amalfi, Cinque Terre + Ligurian Coast, Rome, etc and spent a lot of time exploring the country. 4 days itinerary in Dolomites, Italy by Shiyee

There is so much to see and do in and around Venice, Italy that you could easily spend quite a few days here. This guide will detail MORE than enough things to do in 3-4 days in Venice and the surrounding islands. If you want MORE to do I've also spent time in the Prosecco Hills and the town of Treviso which are both about 45 minutes outside of Venice, feel free to reach out. I have also spent time in the nearby Dolomites so again, I am happy to consult with you about any of those areas as well! This guide will detail why you should visit Venice. -How to best arrive & exit Venice & how to get around while you are there. -Include multiple options for where to stay, all of which I have personally stayed in and can recommend. From luxury (our honeymoon hotel), to airbnb with an incredible water door onto the canal, to a more budget friendly hotel that also has a stunning canal view. Why Venice? Italy is where I was born and where I live. From the Alps to the coast of Sicily, I had the opportunity to travel and discover more about my country. I was born in Galatina, in Lecce province and the city of pasticciotto (a famous local pastry), but I have always been living in Latina, a city south of Rome.
