"Known the invention of the cronut, Dominique Ansel makes a damn good pastry. But if you stop in here for just a cronut, you will be missing out.
WHAT TO ORDER:
You're here for the cookie shot. A unique delivery of a cookie that shaped as a shot glass and filled with vanilla milk. In line with the theme, this is a classic take on an after school treat and therefore only served after 3pm. Time your visit accordingly!
This is a cookie list, but since you're already here, don't hesitate to try the DKA or the cronut (if available) or really anything else in that beautiful pastry case.
INSIDER TIP:
There's often a line out the door for cronuts, but if you're looking for anything else, you can often walk right in—skip that line!
If you do want to make sure you get a cronut and don't want to chance waiting in line, you can preorder cronuts using this link: https://www.cronutpreorder.com/
Orders are for two weeks out, so make sure to plan ahead!"

"Holiday Guide: Add a blossoming Hot Chocolate to your itinerary, if here during the cold weather months!
I think their cronuts are over-rated but their cookie shots are not. This is any kids dream, a shot glass made out of cookie, filled with milk that must be consumed on the spot ($6.50 each). They even pour them in front of you (a fun little video opportunity). Also a nice place to buy sweets for souvenirs."

"This bakery became famous in 2013 for their cronuts. It's a mix of doughnut and croissant, resembling a doughnut but made from a croissant-like dough and filled with different flavours of cream. It's fried which makes it very crispy.
We had different pastries from the bakery which were delicious but to be honest, for us, the cronut was not worth the hype."
