"It's hard to miss this Auckland icon. It's pretty pricey for an elevator ride to a lookout room. But if it's your thing, it is pretty fun to see Auckland from above and to try walking on the glass path! There's a cafe to grab a treat, a virtual slide and you can even bungee off the tower. It's fun to watch people drop past the window. It’s $40 per adult and kids 2 and under are free."

"At the focal point of the city is the Sky Tower. Drink, eat, and even walk, jump, OR slide off the tower with some panaromic views over the beautiful city of Auckland. If you're not interested in seeing it up close, head to the harbour for some skyline views. On New Years Eve they will have fireworks by the Sky Tower which is something else!"

"This is New Zealand's tallest building so worth checking out and depending how brave you're feeling you can jump from the top of the tower! Or (like me) you can watch in awe as people plummet at 85km/h down the side of the tower. "
