"Another tasting menu for us. It was very good and had some of the same wines from Crillo. If you are going to do one tasting menu I would suggest Crillo - i found it to be cheaper and better. There is also a downstairs section of this restaurant that is not a set menu. The food looked really quite delicious."

The obsession with small town Mexico continues. Oaxaca is a mid-sized city in Mexico’s most southern state by the same name. There is no beach here. A quick long weekend get-away for two adults. We did a one-day activity outside of the city to the petrified waterfalls, and the rest we hung out in the city and explored. Walking tour is always helpful! This itinerary has a high end hotel with a private cenote and private hot-tub. Very luxe.
