"Conor Pass is one of the highest Irish mountain passes served by an asphalted road.
A twisty one-lane asphalted road leads to the pass. The drive is considered one of the most beautiful in Ireland.
The scenic road leading to the pass weaves its way around the sharp cliff faces and past high corrie lakes.
Vehicles over two tonnes in weight are prohibited from using the road in order to avoid difficulties in passing.
Bicycle ascent to the pass is one of the most famous and difficult climbs in Ireland."

"This is an absolutely gorgeous area to drive, I want to preface. It can be scary because there are a lot of one-way areas where you can't see the other side and what is coming. If you drive it when it is foggy when we did, it can be a bit nerve-wracking. I recommend just taking it slow, it is a gorgeous area and worth it just be aware!"

"The Conor Pass offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the mountains of the Dingle Peninsula, the Atlantic Ocean, and the nearby lakes and valleys. The road winds its way through steep cliffs and narrow hairpin bends, making it a thrilling drive."
