Dunmore Head

Dunmore Head is the westernmost point of mainland Ireland and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding coastline. The area is also known for its ancient archaeological sites, including beehive huts and the remains of an early Christian church.

This easy to reach by car location, Dunmore Head is known for its wild nature and its ogham stone, situated on a hill overlooking the sea.
