"Gem Patisserie is a hidden treasure of Paris. It is #2 on our 2022 Best Macarons in Paris list. This is a perfect little nook to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with some of the best macarons you've ever tried. I especially like the siracha salted carmel. But Gem (the owner) creates macarons with amazing exotic flavors from her Philipino heritage. There's nothing else like this in Paris."
