We embarked on an incredible journey from Helsinki to Lapland and hopped aboard the Santa Claus Express, an overnight train that whisked us away to the magical town of Rovaniemi. And now, it's time to dive into our exciting adventures in this winter wonderland!

‌In der Stadt selbst gibt es nicht allzu viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Highlight ist sicher das Arktikum (s. Tag 5). Dennoch lädt Rovaniemi zu einem gemütlichen Stadtbummel ein, bei dem man sich im Winter zwischendurch immer wieder in den vielen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants aufwärmen kann.

Rovaniemi is a smaller city and you can see and explore its center in one day.
