"Located by the French Quarter inside a boutique hotel, this is a fun nightcap environment. The Carousel actually rotates. Seating is limited so you have a wait - it's first come first serve seat yourself. There are is also table service if you don't want to sit at the bar. I recommend any of their champagne drinks and their expresso martini. "
