"Being the home of the 'Cementario de Recoleta', 'MALBA Museum' and 'Centro cultural Recoleta', probably you will find yourself wanting to come here. And you should, it's a really nice neighbourhood. But there is a catch:  !! As you can see in the map it's really close to Villa 31. So just be careful when you are here, if you are just walking and wondering around, not to cross that border. "
"The neighbourhood of Recoleta boasts beautiful parks, nice markets and elegant French-style architecture that gives the neighbourhood an European feeling. Streets are lined with upscale boutiques, gourmet dining options and stylish cafes but the neighbourhood is also known for its prestigious universities and schools. Recoleta is also home to the final resting place of famous Evita."

"I did not stay in this neighborhood, however, it was one of the neighborhoods I was considering. The Recoleta neighborhood is next to Palermo. I hear that there are fewer tourists and expats in Recoleta. It's considered an upper-class neighborhood."
