"🌍 The Bosphorus Strait is the watery divide between Asia and Europe. It connects the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea.
🇹🇷 Istanbul spans both of its shores.
🚢 Would highly recommend taking a Bosphorus cruise, it is the best way to see many of Istanbul's top sites from the water.
👉 Head to the Eminönü pier, it is across the road from the Egyptian Spice Bazaar, right by the Galata Bridge.
⛴️ You'll find multiple boats selling Bosphorus cruises, that last 90 minutes.
☀️ My favourite time to take a cruise is at sunset."

"If you love a transient view of the ocean and the city that joins in, the Bosphorus Strait must be one of the best tourist places in Istanbul for you. With an inland canal filled with ferries and a Turkey flag hoisted on all of them, you instantly feel a vibrant charm that gets further catalyzed by the crystal-clear blue water, fueled further by the prominent billing Hollywood star feeling that you’ll have when you cross the place on a private boat tour."

"The Bosphorus is a natural strait connecting the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara. It is a very strategic waterway and has been for many years, it separates the European and Asian parts of Istanbul and has a strong countercurrent under the surface, so not recommended for swimming. "
