"Milano Centrale Station is an incredibly beautiful building. If you are taking the train, make sure you spend a little time here on your way out. We are taking the train for Naples to Milan. It takes about twice as long as flying, but was significantly cheaper. It’s a 4:15 hour train ride with Trenitalia.
This station integrates well with the metro and bus systems. Many restaurants, little shops, and cafes in the main concourse. "

"This impressive train station, inaugurated in 1931, combines Art Deco and Stile Liberty (Italian Art Nouveau) with elements, symbols, and a grand scale from the Fascist Mussolini era."
