"A tourist favorite, located in DUMBO near the waterfront. I'd put this as a must visit. This is the original spot opened by Patsy Grimaldi, not to be confused with the newer Grimaldis 1-block away. Skip that place and head to Juliana's. They only do pies (no slices). I love the Margherita pie and the old school coal-fire taste. It's worth the wait if there is a long line for seating.
INSIDER Tip: Call ahead for pick-up if you want to just eat near the waterfront (a cool picnic idea).I saw a family pull up a blanket and do this once, and thought how clever! A medium Margherita pie starts at $23, personal pies at $15."

"Juliana’s is a famous pizza restaurant in Brooklyn originally known as "Grimaldi's" (the name was sold, and changed to Juliana's). It was founded by Pasquale "Patsy" Grimaldi, pizza aristocracy, and was named the number one pizzeria in the USA in 2015! For a classic NYC drink, try the Egg Cream. "

"Known for its wood-fired pies, Juliana’s offers delicious, artisanal pizza with a variety of toppings. The cozy, inviting atmosphere makes it a great spot for a relaxed lunch near the waterfront."
