"This is a phenomenal food truck in Burlington, Vermont, on the shore of Lake Champlain. There was an hour long wait for seating on a sunny Sunday in August. It's not full-service, but they do offer a pleasant dining area in a large tent adjacent to the truck. Once your seat is availalbe, you order at the truck. They'll give you a number and they'll let you know when your food is up. We had a lobster roll, fish tacos, and a cheese steak, with truffle fries. It was a lovely experience and food was very well-crafted. It was a highlight of our visit to Burlington and highly recommended if you're looking for a good place to get lunch or dinner!"
