El Five

"El Five is the newest restaurant in the Edible Beats family and they have quickly gained a lot of popularity among the Denver foodie scene. Being located on the 5th floor of the building, it has a remarkable view of the Denver skyline. They embrace a fusion of dishes from Spain, North Africa, and the Middle East. I recommend getting a spread of tapas (like patatas bravas and goat cheese croquettas) to share with the table. They aren't 100% gluten-free but the wait staff is usually very knowledgeable about celiac disease."

"My absolute favorite restaurant in Denver and also a top 5 overall favorite restaraunt. This tapas style restaraunt takes influences from Morocco and Spain and boasts both city and Mountain views. When calling to make the reservation I absolutely recommend requesting to sit at the chef’s table if you are a party of 2. The menu changes seasonally and everything is a 10/10 in my book. "
