"You’ve never had vegan Mexican food like this before. Bar Verde has the burritos, empanadas, and tacos you know and love—except they’re filled with plant-based ingredients, cashew cream, and a whole lot of goodness. You can still expect quac, beans, and other plant protein in many dishes. Matthew Kenney, the chef and owner of Bar Verde, also owns two other vegan restaurants next door including Double Zero (pizza) and Sestina (pasta). "
