"As of now this is my favorite place we've eaten in Paris. Although I will note it is not for everyone. There really is no menu, you just walk in and pay a fixed rate (approx. 65 euro pp) and you eat what they are serving that day.
To me this is absolutely the best way to eat although I know it is not for everyone. If it is for you the food is FRESH and AMAZING and we loved absolutely everything we ate here.
You must make a reservation to eat here. "

"Situated in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, Le Maquis is a cozy and intimate bistro offering a range of traditional French dishes with a contemporary twist. The restaurant is known for its warm ambiance and attentive service.
Must try: Sample the slow-cooked beef cheek or the pan-seared sea bass, and finish with the tiramisu for a satisfying dessert."
