What people say

"The Museum of Natural History Vienna, located on Burgring, is a leading institution for the natural sciences, renowned for its extensive and diverse collections. Established in 1889, it features exhibits ranging from minerals and fossils to meteorites and prehistoric creatures, including the iconic display of the largest dinosaur skeleton in Europe. Spend time exploring the museum’s extensive exhibits, especially the impressive dinosaur hall and the renowned collection of gemstones. The museum also offers guided tours and interactive exhibits, which are great for visitors of all ages. The museum's grand building, designed by architects Gottfried Semper and Karl von Hasenauer, was constructed in tandem with the Kunsthistorisches Museum across the street. The stunning architecture of the Natural History Museum reflects the importance placed on science and education during the Habsburg era."
