O'ahu, Hawaii: 5 Epic Days for Nature Lovers

7 to 10 day guide to Oahu, Hawaii created by a "local" who lived on island. This itinerary is perfect for first timers, those who wish to avoid most of the "tourist traps", and families with young or teenage children! The guide specializes in outdoor adventure such as hiking, snorkeling, and botanical gardens. I have also included a few lesser known hidden gems in the itinerary!

The days are planned purposefully to maximize activities while including relaxed downtime. Nu‘uanu Pali Lookout

Amazing views of Kaneohe and you might even be able to see Chinaman’s Hat in the distance to the left! It’s a bit of a roundabout drive from here down the H3 but it’s worth it! *$7 parking fee

Lots of people go to O'ahu and never leave Waikiki. The mountains are amazing and this lookout off of the highway is worth a stop to marvel at the tropical landscape.

Amazing viewpoint right off the Pali Highway. It's definitely worth the $7 parking fee. Stopping here right after sunrise you'll have the place to yourself.

Gorgeous views on windward side. Almost always windy! Free parking for military, otherwise, it’s a small fee at the machine.

This is a quick and easy pull-off with incredible views!
