"I was immediately impressed when I saw the first page of their menu, which outlines exactly which allergens are present in their kitchen and asks you to communicate any allergies/intolerances to the wait staff. We LOVE the transparency and clear communication right from the get-go! ‌Secondo me (in my opinion), ordering a traditional pizza margherita is the best test of a pizzeria's gluten free capabilities...and Le Specialità delivered. Their super thin crust made for a perfect light dinner on such a hot summer night. The only cons: the inside of the restaurant really lacks ambiance and the pizza is notably overpriced. "
