Practical Guide: To MONT-SAINT-MICHEL and Back

It's best to drive to Etretat. It takes about 3 hours to drive from Paris or 1.5 hours to drive from Caen. There are no direct train or bus routes from either city.

This small coastal village is famous for its dramatic white chalk cliffs and natural arches, which have inspired countless artists, including Claude Monet.
