It is embedded in the city. The jazz scene is an integral part. Deeply historic yet so incredibly relevant today, jazz can still be found everywhere. Whether it is a street performer, at a classy club, or at a spill-your-beer pub, jazz is often at the forefront. Locals still frequent jazz clubs and bars fairly regularly - including the young ones - on a night out. Even the airport bears the name of one of the great jazz musicians, Louis Armstrong.
