I've traveled to Paris more than 10x in the last decade. I didn't particularly enjoy the city on my first visit but it has somehow drawn me back many times! My first recommendation is to follow the example of the French - don't attempt to see everything in one day but take time to sit at a cafe and/or restaurant, people-watch, and rest your feet!

Kodawari Ramen (Tsukiji)

One of the most famous Ramen restaurants in Paris where you can get a delicious ramen in a Japanese market atmosphere! I recommend to go on weekdays because you might have to wait a long time to get a table.

The vibe is really interesting! They essentially try to replicate a Japanese market experience but in the heart of Paris. 

The meals are hearty so be prepared! 

🎯 TRY: SHOYU RAMEN DE SARDINE 鰯の醬油
 

This was the best ramen I had in Paris. There are different locations, I tried he one close to Palais Royal and it's very authentic. Be ready to queue
