"While Poulaillon bakeries can be found at multiple locations in Strasbourg, this one is my favorite. Situated right across the canal in Centre-Ville, it's the perfect place to stop for a snack before climbing up the cathedral tower. I always got the praline brioche (pictured above & absolutely delicious) but there's plenty of treats to choose from including savory pretzels, macarons, and pastry cakes. "
