"This is a luxurious bar with a great view. My favorite thing about this spot is that not many people know about it and drinks start at just 1500 yen! They have an extensive menu and seasonal drinks as well. Their staff speaks English and it's very foreigner-friendly!
This spot is a bit tricky to find. Try following these directions:
1. Find the entrance to the building. It's red and has some elevators.
2. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. When you come out, make a right... another right... and then walk toward the next set of elevators. These are set on a gold wall
3. Go to the 36th floor and exit the elevators on the left. You should be right outside of the bar / restaurant!"
