"If you closed your eyes, and envisioned a New York City Pizzeria in a movie... Luigi's would be the spot. You won't find tourists in this South Slope, Brooklyn spot, only people that really appreciate pizza. Gio, the owner is a riot. He loves to chat with his customers if you have the good fortune to see him. I've filmed there multiple times, and stop in from time to time myself as I live nearby. They keep plain slices at $2.50 which is really rare in NYC for such a popular place. My pick is the fresh mozzarella slice, but you can't go wrong with anything they've got."

"A little further out but if you’re in the area it’s a good slice option. Old school, no frills "
