L’Industrie Pizzeria in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is a slice shop that’s taken NYC’s pizza scene by storm. Known for its ultra-thin crust and high-quality, fresh ingredients, it’s a spot where tradition meets innovation.

What to Order: The Burrata Slice is the star here, topped with creamy burrata cheese, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. For purists, the plain cheese slice is equally outstanding, with a perfectly charred crust and a savory tomato sauce that stands out.

Their burrata slice topped with fresh basil is a thing of beauty. Williamsburg is worth a visit to spend an afternoon (or night out) as is... This just gives you a landing spot for an elevated slice, in the hipster capital of New York.

This elevated slice shop with some of the best dough and toppings.  They even make sandwiches and soft serve. Don’t leave without trying the burrata slice.
