"Quick ferry ride from Halifax. A couple record shops and some great places to eat, mostly centered on Portland St. Can take the ferry from Halifax>Alderney, shop and have a bite, then walk 35 mins along the water and take the ferry back to Halifax from Woodside. Make sure to bring exact change in CAD for the ferry."
