"Again, same owners as the above bars. The monopoly on the Roosevelt bar seen goes HARD with these guys. Pretty Penny is more upscale dining. Think tomahawk steak, seafood tower, caviar… plus drinks that will have you thinking “is this a salad or an alcoholic beverage?” And then you order 4 more. The drink combinations coming out of this crew is so creative. You won’t find these concoctions at any old bar. "
