"The winner of two Michelin stars has opened a new restaurant in Krakow. A new dining concept by Przemek Klima, Poland's most Michelin-starred chef, has opened in Krakow's Kazimierz district.
The buffet card will offer a modern approach to tradition: the menu will feature typically Polish ingredients, but is also keen to include premium products, often combined in innovative ways - and, of course, organic in origin.
The menu begins with bread with butter or lard, Polish cold cuts and homemade pickles. Appetizers include thyme, Baltic sea trout, black pudding, beef tartare and seasonal vegetarian offerings: radicchio and grilled cucumbers."
