"Toshoan is a cafe, bakery, and shop all in one! This is a great place to grab breakfast, or a pick-me-up, and to shop for some Japanese delicacies to bring back home or eat during your travels.
They are 100% gluten free, using rice flour, and they make PHENOMENAL Japanese Soufflé Pancakes. I got matcha flavored pancakes and they were to die for.
Their iced-latte was also delicious.
Here one of the products they sell is the famous mizu shingen mochi, the viral "raindrop cake" / "water mochi". "
