Livio Colapinto
"Located in the center of Sorrento, on the south side of the šŸ“󠁭󠁓󠀵󠀱 Bay of Naples near the Circumvesuviana tran station and the Corso Italia, the main street of the town, Gelateria David opened in 1957 and 3rd generation grandson, Mario, proudly carries on the tradition today. Before choosing, sample the killer sorbetto - in the country that invented it - Profumi di Sorrento, Sorrento moon - white almond with lemon zest - or the simplier pink grapefruit, cantaloupe or mulberry. Consider taking an Italian gelato classes - approx 1 hour and culminate in your very own certificate. Times vary according to demand, so call or drop by to organise; they speak excellent English. Specialities include the delicious 'Sorrento moon', with almond and lemons, and veneziana, a lemon, šŸŠ orange and mandarin sorbet. Donā€™t mistake for the similarly named Gelateria Davide, in the town center--owned by a distant relative - not as good."
"Did someone say gelato? šŸ˜ Gelateria David, an AIC accredited gelato shop just off Corso Italia, is perfect for a quick sweet treat. The GF cones should be individually wrapped, and they have separate spoons for GF orders. If you mention celiac disease, theyā€™ll gladly serve from an untouched part of the gelato tub or grab a fresh one. The staff are friendly and helpful! They also offer GF tiramisu, which I've heard is delicious!"
"Best gelato in town! Plenty of flavor options as well as offering crepes. My favorite was the salted caramel! "

The Amalfi Coast isn't a coastline, it's a masterpiece sculpted by nature itself. Imagine a place where dramatic cliffs plunge into the sapphire waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Villages cling precariously to these cliffs, their colorful houses cascading down like vibrant jewels. The salty caress of the sea breeze mingles with the intoxicating aroma of lemon groves, creating a perfume that lingers in the air. Unlike the serene flatlands, the Amalfi Coast pulsates with an energy as vibrant as its colorful past. History whispers from every cobbled street and ancient monument. Yet, there's a sense of tranquility too, a chance to simply relax on pristine beaches or explore hidden coves by boat. The Amalfi Coast isn't just for the privileged few; it's a place where luxury meets authenticity, and every corner unveils a new adventure.
