I had the pleasure of visiting Seville in January, where mild temperatures and sunny days painted the perfect backdrop for my exploration. Of course, every journey through Seville involves numerous delightful stops at local tapas bars—I may have indulged a bit too much, but someone had to do it!

Seville's Best:Sights, Bites, and Hidden Gems

I strongly believe that the best way to get in touch with the culture and traditions of a country is to visit different cities that identify it. As far as Spain is concerned, this concept is even stronger because Catalonia and Andalusia are similar in some ways but different in others and crossing different cities to get to know the different facets is the best thing and the one I recommend. This trip turned out to be wonderful and I hope it will be helpful to those who want to plan a tour similar to the one I did. Spain is a land that transmits positivity. The weather is almost always good and sunny, the people very sociable and helpful, the food very good and the culture very strong and identifying.

El Rinconcillo

The oldest tapas bar in Sevilla! Very famous and they don't take reservations, so try to get there a bit early if you can. Great for a drink or also to eat. If you eat, definitely order the carrillada!

THE oldest bar/restaurant in Madrid. Other than that, it's just another bar/restaurant, but it's beautiful inside and its historical significance is pretty cool. 

This is Seville’s oldest bar. It has been open since 1670 and is one of the most authentic bars in this Andalusian city. 

One of the oldest tapas bars in Sevilla from the 17th century--not to be missed
