"My favourite park in Amsterdam, that I fell in love with when I first moved here. It is huge and has vast wide open spaces and greenery where you can sit, play ball games or barbecue. It also has a more wooded and secluded area where you can walk amongst the trees, a place with outdoor jungle bars for a workout, and a small urban farm, as well as a row of cherry trees that blossom beautifully in the spring. In the park itself there are also bars, restaurants and the Westergasfabriek, a great place for outdoor drinks in summer. "
