"Estes Park is one of our favorite mountain towns to visit. We have visited here more than any other place! It is very clean and well kept. The elk famously roam through the town and sometimes into shops! Each time we have visited RMNP we have made Estes Park our home base. We will eventually try Grand Lake or even Granby but it's so hard not to stay in Estes. The river walk makes for a fun walk. It is stroller friendly. The Main Street through town is very quaint and filled with lots of shops. The famous Stanley Hotel, from the movie The Shining, is in Estes Park also."
"Estes Park is a picturesque town located outside Rocky Mountain National Park. It is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. The town itself has a charming downtown area with a mix of shops, restaurants, and galleries. Visitors can stroll along the Riverwalk, explore unique boutiques, and enjoy local cuisine."

"From Denver, drive to Estes Park, about 2 hours away. Estes Park (or simply “Estes”) is a small town at the east entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. This is the most popular town to stay in when visiting the park given its proximity to Denver and the airport. "
